Placements24 is seeking an experienced Aquatic Centre Manager to oversee operations of a state‑of‑the‑art facility in George. You will lead staff, ensure safety, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service while delivering community‑focused aquatic programs.

This role requires 3–4 years in aquatic facilities, current lifeguard CPR/First Aid instructor qualifications, and strong leadership. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, and water quality to meet health standards.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Aquatic Centre Manager to oversee the operations of their state-of-the-art aquatic facility in George . You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service, managing staff, implementing aquatic programs, and maintaining the facility.
