Talent Match Africa is seeking a driven Appointment Setter (Real Estate) to generate seller leads and book property appraisals for Australian clients while based in Durban. You will be the first point of contact, presenting the brand professionally and converting cold calls into qualified listings.

Requirements include 1–2 years in real estate cold calling, proven lead generation, CRM experience, excellent English, and a resilient, target-driven mindset.

• Schedule property appraisals and listing appointments for the agent.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships over time.
• Achieve a monthly target of 3 successful sales (appointments that convert to listings).
• Provide daily and weekly reports on call activity and lead generation progress.

About the Role

We are recruiting a Appointment Setter (Real Estate) on behalf of our client. The role of a Real Estate - Appointment Setter is to generate seller leads and book property appraisals for the Gold Coast and surrounding areas in Australia. As the first point of contact for potential sellers, you will represent the brand as professional, experienced, and approachable, while turning cold calls into qualified listing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to property owners from provided databases and lead lists.
• Identify potential sellers interested in listing their property.
• Qualify leads by understanding their selling timeline, motivation, and property details.
• Schedule property appraisals and listing appointments for the agent.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships over time.
• Achieve a monthly target of 3 successful sales (appointments that convert to listings).
• Provide daily and weekly reports on call activity and lead generation progress.

Requirements

• 1–2 years' experience in real estate cold calling and appointment setting (real estate experience is non-negotiable).
• Proven track record of generating seller leads and booking property appraisals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a clear, professional, and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Experience working with a CRM system to track calls, leads, and appointments.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
• You are required to work Australian (Queensland) business hours.

To Be Successful, You'll Need To:

• Work on-site from our offices in Durban/Johannesburg.
• Be willing to work non-traditional local office hours (Night shift)
• Be Willing to earn between R12,000 - R15,000 Per Month.
