Job summary

Multotec is seeking an Administration professional to support reporting and financial control within its mineral processing operations. The role focuses on accurate documentation and timely communication with clients and internal teams.

You will prepare client visit call reports, month-end summaries with market intel, and ensure expenditures are submitted promptly per policy, supporting smooth site operations and sound governance.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a relevant Diploma in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a mineral processing environment.
• Experience with process equipment, plant operations, commissioning, and technical sales is advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge in mineral processing; excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide call reports for all client site visits within the agreed timeframe.
• Month end reports including relevant market intel prepared by the due date.
• Submit all expenditures in time as per company policy.
