iStore is seeking a capable Technical Support Technician to assist customers with Apple products and services. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guide customers through solutions, and provide effective training when needed to ensure a positive support experience.

Qualifications

• Completed Matric and an IT qualification (minimum A+/N+).
• Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Deliver software support and help customers with solutions.
• Provide training and assistance to iStore customers when required and maintain high quality support.
