Job summary

iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is seeking Technical Support Technicians to join our team in Cape Town. You will troubleshoot, resolve issues and provide software support to iStore customers while maintaining a high standard of professional service.

You will also provide training and assistance to customers as required, ensuring exceptional and knowledgeable support that reinforces our reputation for technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Completed Matric and IT qualification (minimum A+/N+).
• Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to iStore customers through troubleshooting and software support.
• Resolve technical issues and provide software support.
• Provide training and assistance to customers as required and maintain professional support service.
