Job summary

Network Finance in Rosebank, Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic financial services environment.

You will guide a high-performing analytics team, partner with senior stakeholders to drive a data-driven culture, implement KPI governance, and advance analytics including ML initiatives to deliver actionable insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, data science or related quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience leading reporting or analytics teams.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience developing reporting frameworks and business insights.
• Experience with advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Experience managing projects and team performance.
