Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an Analyst Developer (Salesforce) to support the Credit team’s Loan Management System (nCino) and related credit products. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions across vehicle and asset finance, personal, and commercial home loans, and other credit offerings.

• 3–4 years Salesforce development experience.

• Experience with SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD tooling.
• Credit and banking domain experience preferred and strong business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT qualification is required.

About the job Analyst Developer (SalesForce)

Key purpose:

This role exists in the Credit team within the Business and will be response for system development for Loan Management System (nCino), the system support all Credit Secured products (Vehicle & Asset finance, residential home loans, commercial home loans, medium term loan, credit card and Overdraft).

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 3-4 years Salesforce Development Experience
• Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• System integration knowledge
• Working knowledge and experience with complex systems integration
• System analysis and design exposure
• Database Experience, data modelling, and ETL tools
• Manage Systems Delivery and Operations (DevOps)
• CI/CD tool exposure
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
