About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Airport Operations Supervisor to lead their team at the Benoni airport. You will be responsible for overseeing daily airport operations, including ramp services, passenger handling, and ground support coordination, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for operational detail. You will play a critical role in the smooth functioning of airport activities, working collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of airport operations staff, including ramp agents and customer service representatives.
• Ensure the timely and safe turnaround of aircraft, coordinating ground handling services.
• Monitor flight schedules and operational activities, proactively addressing any disruptions or issues.
• Implement and enforce airport safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety checks.
• Manage the allocation and utilization of airport resources, including equipment and personnel.
• Liaise with airline representatives, air traffic control, and other airport authorities.
