The ideal candidate will communicate with airlines, ground handlers, and service partners, produce operational reports, and implement improvements while thriving in a structured, virtual work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in airport operations, airline operations, or a related aviation field.
• Strong understanding of airport operational processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with airport operational software and communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.
