You will own the portfolio, source new business and mentor two staff members (Airfreight Controller and Driver) to ensure efficient operations and strong client relationships, contributing to the branch's success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years' airfreight industry experience in a similar role.
• Solid operational background in airfreight essential.
• Experience in customer relationship management, key account management or sales.
• Ability to manage staff while balancing operations and customer-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an existing portfolio of customers with service excellence.
• Source new business.
• Grow accounts and identify opportunities to generate additional business.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cape Town office.
• Manage and support two staff: Airfreight Controller and Driver.
• Coordinate sales and operations to meet customer requirements.
