Job summary

Real Hires seeks a Chief of Staff – AI & Strategic Operations to translate ideas into action and help turn goals into results using AI and automation. You will work closely with the Founder to drive strategic and operational initiatives and improve workflows.

You will lead projects, coordinate technical teams, evaluate tools and APIs, and turn research into actionable recommendations that increase efficiency and impact across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI, automation, and technology in your everyday work.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools, APIs, integrations, and modern software.
• Experience creating or managing automated workflows and technology-driven processes.
• Strong project management and operational skills.
• Ability to turn unclear goals into clear plans and completed projects.
• Comfortable learning new systems, tools, and business topics quickly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, data, and business metrics.
• Ability to work with developers and technical specialists.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Good judgment and the ability to check AI-generated information for accuracy.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Turn the Founder’s ideas and goals into clear plans, timelines, and action steps.
• Lead strategic and operational projects from start to finish.
• Use AI for research, planning, analysis, problem-solving, and daily work.
• Build and improve AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Work with APIs, integrations, webhooks, and connected software systems.
• Research and recommend the best tools, vendors, and technology solutions.
• Help manage software changes, system transitions, and new technology projects.
• Find ways to reduce manual work and improve company efficiency.
• Research unfamiliar topics and turn your findings into clear recommendations.
• Coordinate developers, consultants, and technical specialists when needed.
• Track deadlines, risks, dependencies, and project progress.
• Prepare research and practical options to help the Founder make better decisions.
• Know when to move forward independently and when to ask for the Founder’s input.
