Job summary

NCS is seeking an analytical and forward-thinking (Senior) AI Management Consultant to help clients identify AI value and translate opportunities into tangible outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders, engineers, data scientists, and product teams to move from business problem to AI-powered solutions with measurable impact.

This role emphasizes building prototypes, running rapid experiments, and balancing speed with enterprise governance, security, and reliability across projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, CS, or related field.
• 2–6 years in management/strategy consulting or AI consulting.
• Experience in AI strategy or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead engagements independently.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess AI readiness, data maturity, processes, and operational challenges.
• Identify AI, automation, and transformation opportunities by value and feasibility.
• Develop AI strategies, business cases and roadmaps.
• Redesign processes to embed AI into operations.
• Define KPIs to track impact and adoption.
• Lead engagements and workshops with stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Turn AI opportunities into prototypes, MVPs, and deployable solutions.
• Advise on AI investment priorities and build-versus-buy decisions.
