Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET.
Practical experience integrating or building with AI/ML technologies.
Experience with AWS services and cloud integration patterns.
Based in or willing to work from Cape Town.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including LLM-based features and intelligent automation, into existing and new products.
Build and manage cloud integrations and infrastructure on AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and data, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve engineering practices.
