Job summary

ClearRoute is seeking a Platform Engineer to join client-facing delivery teams. You will design, build, and operate modern developer platforms, leading technical workstreams across diverse industries.

You’ll work on golden-path CI/CD, Kubernetes clusters, Vault-based secrets, and AI-ready platform foundations while collaborating with client engineers to deliver production-ready outcomes. Qualifications

Solid hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
Production experience with Kubernetes and related tooling.
Strong infrastructure-as-code skills (Terraform baseline).
Practical experience designing or operating CI/CD systems.
Comfort with Linux and automation scripting (Python, Bash, or Go).
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and consult with clients.

Responsibilities

Design and operate internal developer platforms (IDPs) to improve developer experience.
Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployments.
Lead technical workstreams, pair with client engineers, and produce production-ready infrastructure.
Advise clients on AI readiness and scalable platform foundations.
Create high-quality ADRs, runbooks, and documentation for clients to own.
