Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is seeking a Marketing Manager, AI-First, to own the path from consumer insight to campaign using research, strategy, AI-assisted briefs and scripts, and selected partnerships.

This is a remote (USA) role reporting to the Director of Marketing, with rapid growth to Head of Creative Strategy as you shape high-impact creative that resonates with online shoppers.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of marketing experience in a D2C/e-commerce environment.
• Ability to develop performance marketing ideas informed by consumer insights.
• Understanding of Meta, Google Ads and Demand Gen platforms.
• Ability to translate consumer research into briefs and creative direction.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, and script development.

• Turn research into relevant campaigns and messaging that drive performance.
• Write briefs and ad scripts for AI video generation and creative teams.
• Collaborate with paid channels to bring assets to market and iterate on performance.
• Manage exclusive strategic affiliate partnerships and review performance with leadership.
