The Unlimited is seeking an IT Technical Lead to bridge business stakeholders with architecture, data, AI engineering, and delivery teams. You will translate opportunities into scalable AI-enabled solutions and own architecture decisions to drive measurable business value.

The role requires leading AI-first delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and developing future technical leaders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant demonstrable experience.
5+ years' experience building software systems.
2+ years' experience leading technical teams.
Experience owning architecture decisions.
Strong skills in business problem-solving, solution architecture, AI-native delivery, systems integration and stakeholder leadership.
Collaborative mindset and change adaptability.

Responsibilities
