Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant demonstrable experience.
• 5+ years' experience building software systems.
• 2+ years' experience leading technical teams.
• Experience owning architecture decisions.
• Strong skills in business problem-solving, solution architecture, AI-native delivery, systems integration and stakeholder leadership.
• Collaborative mindset and change adaptability.

If you have the following:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or Data Science or 5+ years of relevant demonstrable experience
• 5+ years' experience building software systems
• 2+ years' experience leading technical teams
• Experience owning architecture decisions
• Strong skills in business problem-solving, solution architecture, AI-native delivery, systems integration and stakeholder leadership
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt confidently to change
