Job summary

The Unlimited is seeking an IT Senior Lead – Infrastructure to design and implement technology solutions for our international business and its BPO clients. You will lead customer-facing service delivery and guide the wider International IT team.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with Microsoft certifications, 10+ years as a Senior Systems Engineer, and deep expertise in cloud, networking and security, incident response, automation and modern infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and relevant Microsoft certifications.
10+ years’ experience as a Senior Systems Engineer.
Strong expertise across cloud and enterprise infrastructure, networking and security.
Experience leading resilient infrastructure, incident response, automation and modern infrastructure engineering.

Responsibilities

Design and implement technology solutions for our international business and its BPO customers.
Contribute to the international technology strategy.
Lead customer-facing service delivery.
Provide direction to the wider International IT team.
