Job summary

Next Gen Learning (NGL) is seeking a Learning Architect to design high-quality, AI-enabled online learning experiences. The role collaborates with faculty and internal teams to blend pedagogy, technology, and AI-powered tutoring.

You’ll contribute to configuring AI-supported learning activities, structuring course flows, and ensuring evidence-based design while helping improve NGL’s templates and methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in edtech, online learning, or similar fast-moving environments.
• Experience applying learning science to design effective online experiences.
• Strong collaboration with faculty and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to instructional design using models like SAM and backward design.
• Assist design workshops with faculty to clarify learning goals and structure.
• Translate expert input into engaging learning materials using flipped, conversational, and mastery learning.
• Develop and refine AI prompts and RAG elements for AI-powered tutorials.
• Prototype course components, gather feedback, and iterate designs.
• Configure learning experiences within the AI tutor environment to align with goals.
