Job summary

Execustaff seeks a Business Operations Associate in Pretoria. Open to a BCom graduate or someone with 1–3 years of experience, with strong AI proficiency and a blend of project, business administration, and accounting support.

You will manage document control, billing milestones, and tender administration while supporting external accounting processes. The role demands integrity, a process-driven mindset, and Excel-based accounting skills, including invoicing and basic reconciliations.

Qualifications

• BCom degree (or closely related business degree) completed.
• 1–3 years' work experience in administrative, finance-support, project support or operations roles.
• Demonstrable AI proficiency using AI tools as part of daily work.
• Basic accounting competence: invoicing, reconciliations, VAT, debits/credits; Excel up to pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Project & business administration across three workstreams including document control, billing tracking, tender/ proposal admin, and general office coordination.
• Accounting support: invoicing, debtor tracking, supplier invoices and basic bank reconciliation prep, VAT/calendar compliance.
• AI-enabled operations: drafting, summarising, templates, meeting minutes, simple workflows, and ensuring data confidentiality.
