Job summary

PwC seeks a Product Manager (Deployment Strategist) to own AI and software delivery for enterprise clients. You will drive deployments from scoping to production, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure requirements align, timelines are met, and success metrics are achieved.

You will lead with a tech-savvy, collaborative approach, mentoring teams and balancing speed, quality and risk, while pushing for scalable, high-impact solutions across the Africa Tech and Digital practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical program/project/product management, delivery
• Strong Agile and analytics skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects
• Excellent communication across business, risk, tech
• Understanding of end-to-end systems and impacts

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI and software product deployments for enterprise customers
• Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots
• Coordinate platform implementations, integrations, and onboarding
• Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on timelines and SLAs
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers through delivery lifecycle
• Monitor production performance and drive improvements
