Job summary

Ninety One seeks an experienced delivery analyst in Cape Town to embed within the business, own design and delivery from concept to implementation, and advance AI‑driven tooling. You will partner with stakeholders, drive data‑aware solutions and ensure production readiness while embracing modern technologies.

You will work across product domains, collaborate with architects and vendors, and lead with rigorous analysis and end‑to‑end accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex change across the full software lifecycle.
• Fluency with AI tools and their practical capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand product domain areas and map processes, pain points, data and stakeholders.
• Refine product backlogs with Product Owners and participate in program increment and sprint planning.
• Support delivery manager with end‑to‑end delivery across defined domains.
• Collaborate with external vendors to deliver solutions.
• Provide hands‑on analysis, technical design, testing and production readiness.
• Engage with Ninety One Architecture Forum to ensure standards compliance.
• Drive an AI‑centric solution agenda within products.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/LLM tooling to accelerate delivery.
• Align solutions with the data strategy: data quality, governance and observability.
• Challenge existing ways of working to find better approaches.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across all levels.
