Job summary

OfferZen is seeking a Deployment Strategist in Johannesburg to own end-to-end AI solution delivery for enterprise clients, from scoping through production launch. You will coordinate across product, engineering and client teams to ensure successful implementations and measurable outcomes.

Based in Johannesburg with four onsite days per week, you will drive adoption, define success metrics, and manage complex stakeholders to turn ambitious AI initiatives into real value for customers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in technical delivery, consulting, or fast-growing startups.

• Lead AI delivery: deploy AI agents and platform integrations for enterprise customers.
• Scope & Plan: define requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and customer onboardings.
• Bridge Teams: align Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
• Production Launch: coordinate platform implementation, remove blockers, and monitor live AI agent performance to drive continuous improvements.
• Drive Adoption: identify and develop new high-value AI use cases with customers to expand impact.

We're assisting our client, a fast-growing enterprise AI pioneer, to hire a Deployment Strategist based in Johannesburg.Our client enables global enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems. They are looking for a delivery-focused strategist to turn ambitious enterprise AI initiatives into real, measurable outcomes.

About the Role

Role Overview You will own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients—leading implementations from initial scoping through to production launch. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, execution, and customer collaboration, ensuring complex projects land smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead AI Delivery: Own and lead the deployment of AI agents and platform integrations for enterprise customers.
