Job summary

Best10, a remote SA-based health coaching company, seeks an AI Builder for a 6-month contract. You will embed with our coaching team, build AI workflows for 200-client cohorts, and ship usable tools for non-technical users.

You will own the end-to-end AI engine and collaborate with our Product Manager to define domain concepts and extend systems after deployment. You will prototype quickly, generate actionable risk insights, and ensure the outcomes support frontline coaches in prioritising

Qualifications

• Fluent English with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered tools used by non-technical users.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs (function calling, streaming, embeddings) and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and coach-facing features on top of LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, open-source models).
• Turn unstructured data into structured, reliable signal for coaches.
• Design and maintain prompt chains, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows.
• Prototype rapidly, delivering working demos in days.
• Evaluate model outputs, set up evals, and improve accuracy.
• Integrate AI into existing systems (APIs, databases, WhatsApp, Slack).
• Own the full stack of what you ship: frontend, backend, model integration, deployment.
• Work alongside coaches to ensure solutions fit real-world usage.
