Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Senior AI Native Builder within AI Central to design, productise, and deploy AI-powered products for live client contexts across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. You will shape solutions that are tested, adopted, and scaled with real client outcomes.

This high-autonomy role requires experience building consequential AI systems, strong business judgment, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders to drive AI value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML/generative AI in real-world settings
• Strong understanding of AI tooling, orchestration, evaluation, and model limitations
• Balance experimentation with security, reliability, and maintainability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level
• Ability to work independently and deliver fast outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead client problem-to-prototype journey for AI solutions
• Translate business challenges into product hypotheses and execution plans
• Build AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, orchestration, and automation
• Advise on AI investment priorities, architecture, and build-versus-buy
• Drive fast experiments and iterative delivery to validate value
• Contribute reusable patterns and playbooks for scale across sectors
