Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in auditing, accounting, information systems, technology, business, change management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Project management and execution: plan, coordinate and deliver AI-related initiatives.
• Change management, adoption and transformation: remove barriers and drive sustainable behavioural change.
• Stakeholder engagement and influence: build relationships and advocate for technology-enabled auditing.
• Reporting, impact measurement and insight: monitor adoption, effectiveness and value realization.
• Training, enablement and capability building: design and deliver enablement programmes for audit professionals.
• Engagement-level transformation support: facilitate workshops embedding AI use cases in audit workflows.
• Innovation and experimentation: identify, evaluate and pilot AI capabilities across the firm.
• Solution development and coordination: align AI-enabled solutions with stakeholder priorities and maximize value.
