Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in agriculture or AgriTech.
• Strong understanding of agricultural operations, farming practices and modern tech.
• Proven experience in managing technology implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of agricultural technology projects.
• Oversee implementation of precision farming tools, sensors, data analytics platforms, and AgriTech solutions.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with farmers, agronomists and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee integration of new tech with existing farming operations.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects comply with agricultural regulations and best practices.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Measure and report impact of technologies on productivity and sustainability.
