Boardroom Appointments in Pietermaritzburg is seeking an Agricultural Account Executive to support its agricultural division. You will work with clients, manage transport orders, and help move projects from order to invoice.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Logistics, Business or related field.
Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Afrikaans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Interest or basic understanding of agricultural equipment.
High attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Support preparing quotes, manage transport orders, and update systems.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure seamless communication across operations.
Use our in-house transport system to track loads, generate invoices, and report on performance.
Liaise with drivers and branches to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Gain exposure to agricultural machinery brands like John Deere, Case, New Holland, and Massey Ferguson.
Contribute to improving efficiency and customer experience across the business.
