About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and coach development teams on agile principles, practices, and values.
• Manage project scope, priorities, and backlog effectively to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify, track, and resolve project impediments and risks that could impact delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases according to defined sprint goals.
• Track project progress using agile metrics and report status to stakeholders and management.
• Foster a collaborative and empowered team environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master, specifically in software development environments.
• Proven experience implementing and managing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
