Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager to guide software teams in Bloemfontein through the Agile lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 5+ years as a Project Manager with at least 3 years in Agile/Scrum, plus CSM/PSM certification and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Trello is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• CSM or PSM certification required.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence/Trello.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach teams on Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog clarity.
• Manage scope, timelines, and resources within Agile framework.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent team environment.
