Placements24 is seeking an Agile Project Manager in Polokwane to drive software development using Scrum and Kanban principles. The role emphasizes facilitation of ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams toward delivering high-quality software products within a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Agile PM or Scrum Master experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly preferred.

Responsabilités
