Placements24 seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager to guide software teams in Bloemfontein through the Agile lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 5+ years as a Project Manager with at least 3 years in Agile/Scrum, plus CSM/PSM certification and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Trello is expected.

This role is critical for guiding software development teams through the Agile lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum and Kanban methodologies and best practices.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments blocking team progress and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and well-defined product backlog.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources within an Agile framework.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager , with at least 3 years specifically in an Agile or Scrum Master role.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
