About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Agile Project Manager to drive their software development projects using Agile methodologies. This is a fully remote position, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment for individuals passionate about iterative development and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles and practices to optimize their performance.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Track project progress using Agile metrics and tools, identifying and resolving impediments promptly.
• Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams to self-organize and adapt in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills tailored for remote teams.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
• Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP is preferred.
