Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Agile Project Manager to lead agile processes for software development teams in a remote-first environment. You will champion agile methodologies, remove impediments, and empower teams to achieve sprint goals.

The ideal candidate holds a certified ScrumMaster and has hands-on experience with Jira/Trello/Confluence, driving collaboration and continuous improvement in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is required.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching, especially for remote teams.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor teams on agile principles and practices.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear backlog.
