Job summary

SavageOne Pty Ltd in Cape Town is seeking a proactive New Business Development professional to generate, qualify and convert sales leads into contracts. You will promote the full range of products to prospective clients and build lasting retailer partnerships.

This role focuses on expanding the contracted manufacturer business and providing end-to-end solutions before handing accounts to the Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Matriculation is required; higher education preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comprehensive understanding of product offerings (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Revenue achievement: meet or exceed revenue targets for the financial year.
• New customer acquisition: secure a defined number of new customers in 12 months.
• Lead conversion: achieve the designated conversion rate for provided leads.
• Pipeline development: build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with deals at different stages.
• Customer service excellence: deliver high levels of customer satisfaction via feedback forms.
• Target tracking: develop a New Business Development Plan to monitor targets.
