Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Previous After Sales or Service Department experience.
• Computer literate (MS Office, systems).
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, manage service process, provide updates, obtain authorisations, arrange transport.
• Pre‑assess bookings, print job cards, check parts requirements.
• Check validity of warranties, motor plans and authorisations, process claims.
• Prepare quotes, complete invoicing, follow up on payments.
• Confirm readiness, arrange collection, explain work completed.
• Update systems and maintain records, complete necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with workshop, parts department and service manager; attend service meetings.
