Job summary

Praxy is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide a single, reliable view of end-to-end supply chain performance across Africa and turn data into actionable insights. You will integrate reporting, cost optimisation, standardisation and transformation tracking to boost service, cost efficiency and visibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–10 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis.
• Strong FMCG experience in multi-market operations.
• Experience with cross-border logistics and cost analytics.
• Experience with ERP, planning tools and reporting platforms.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced data analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for OTIF, cost, inventory, lead time, transport and service performance.
• Consolidate supply chain KPIs across Africa and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Translate data into insights, risks, opportunities and recommendations for performance reviews.
• Validate, reconcile and govern data across ERP, planning and reporting platforms.
• Monitor data quality and support adoption of planning and operational systems.
• Identify automation opportunities and interface between Operations and IT/Tech.
• Drive cost-to-serve reviews and analyse logistics spend, variances and drivers.
• Develop SOPs and drive standardisation across markets.
• Support transformation initiatives and track milestones, risks and benefits.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT and country teams.
