Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior rewards leader to develop and execute cross- Africa reward strategies aligned with global objectives. You will oversee salary reviews, incentive programs, and pay equity analyses while supporting restructures and mergers from a reward perspective.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, Finance, HR, and regional teams to ensure governance, budget management, and market intelligence across African markets. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years' reward management experience in a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of reward strategies, compensation and benefits across African markets.
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing decisions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with job evaluation methodologies and salary benchmarking.
Professional reward or HR accreditation is advantageous.

Manage reward-related budgets and forecasting.
Oversee regional benefits programs and relationships with external providers.
