Job summary

KFC Africa is seeking a Learning Experience Design Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the Africa Learning Centre (Streetwise Academy). You will drive strategy, mentor a team of designers, and partner with Operations, HR, and franchise teams to deliver impactful training aligned with business goals.

The role requires expertise in instructional design, learning science, and leadership, plus hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design or related field.
• 5–7 years in Learning & Development or Instructional Design.
• Expertise in Learning Experience Design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with LMS/LXP and learning technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of learning experiences.
• Oversee learning strategy and manage a team of designers and technologists.
• Partner with Operations, HR and franchise teams to identify learning needs.
• Monitor learning effectiveness using evaluation models and report to senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with external vendors when applicable.
