Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment, including CMMs.
• Solid knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100) and technical drawings.
• Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished aerospace products.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, gauges, and testing equipment to verify compliance with specifications.
• Review production documentation, blueprints, and quality control plans to ensure adherence to requirements.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming products and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and assist in quality data analysis for continuous improvement initiatives.
