Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications in QA or inspection are desirable.

About the Role

You will conduct thorough inspections, document findings, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of aircraft parts, assemblies, and finished products using various measuring instruments and NDT methods.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and document non-conformities, initiating and tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Review and approve quality control documentation, including inspection reports and test results.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g., AS9100).
• Conduct process audits to ensure manufacturing operations are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
