Placements24 is seeking a Junior Aerospace Project Coordinator in Benoni, Gauteng. This entry‑level role supports project managers and engineering teams in planning, executing, and monitoring aerospace projects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will learn through hands‑on coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication, while growing knowledge in aviation technology and project management practices in a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• A degree or certification in Project Management is a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role, preferably in aerospace/engineering.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate project-related activities, meetings, and documentation.
• Maintain project documentation including reports and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate where needed.
• Support resource allocation and procurement/logistics for materials.
