Job summary

SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking an Advertising Coordinator in Modderfontein/Joburg with a focus on retail campaigns. You will manage briefs, amendments and material in the RMS, coordinate across teams and ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll oversee data capture, scheduling and reporting, while maintaining quality and communication with agencies and stakeholders in a deadline-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in Retail Advertising or Marketing Coordination.
• Experience with campaign coordination and RMS-like systems is a plus.
• Strong organisational, communication and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate briefs, amendments and campaign updates in RMS-like systems.
• Capture data accurately, schedule and report across campaigns.
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide daily status updates and monitor campaign progress.
• Perform quality assurance on uploads and outputs.
• Track Critical Path Timelines to keep projects on schedule.
• Support retail advertising operations in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to support the successful execution of retail advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, enjoys working across teams, and has a passion for retail marketing operations.

You will play a key role in managing campaign workflows through the Retail Management System (RMS), ensuring briefs, amendments, and promotional material are accurately coordinated and delivered on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage briefs, amendments, and campaign updates within the RMS system
• Ensure accurate data capturing, scheduling, and reporting across campaigns
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery
• Monitor campaign progress and provide daily status updates
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all uploads and outputs
• Track Critical Path Timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Support the overall execution of retail advertising operations in a high-performance environment

What We're Looking For

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 2-5 years' experience in Retail Advertising, Marketing Coordination, or a similar environment
