Job summary

NHS Grampian in Aberdeen seeks an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Hospital at Night and Flow Navigation Centre teams. This Band 7 role is 33.75 hours per week, fixed-term/secondment for 12 months, with day and night shifts as required.

You will conduct advanced clinical assessments, exercise autonomy, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely and safe care for acutely unwell patients, while developing leadership and coaching skills

Qualifications

• Experience as Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
• Progress towards Master’s Level Portfolio.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts across two services.

Responsibilities

• Support Hospital at Night assessment and management of acutely unwell patients.
• Support Flow Navigation Centre referrals and ensure timely, appropriate care.
