Job summary

The Ideal Crew in Bellville seeks a qualified Litigation Attorney with admission to practice in South Africa to join as an associate/professional assistant. You will handle general litigation in High Court and Magistrate’s Court, manage drafting, and support in court proceedings.

The role offers a basic salary with commission; expected earnings around R22,000–R25,000 for newcomers and up to about R30,000 for 5–10 years' experience; there are no additional benefits.

Litigation Attorney Position

Looking for a qualified and admitted litigation attorney, to be employed as an associate/professional assistant at the firm.

Responsibilities:

Compensation:

Salary will consist of a basic salary plus a commission structure on fees brought in. Generally, even a newly appointed attorney averages about R22,000 – R25,000 per month at my firm. An attorney with 5 – 10 years of experience should easily manage to earn R30,000.

There is an existing client base to work from, and an associate should build and/or expand their client base as well. This provides a good platform for any diligent and hardworking attorney to grow from.
