This compassionate role requires empathy, resilience, and strong communication to build trusting relationships, identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and connect clients with community resources and ongoing support.

Formación

• Personal lived experience with recovery or certification in addiction counseling.
• Experience in supporting individuals with substance use disorders.
• Excellent listening, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Strong understanding of addiction and recovery principles.
• Proficiency with video conferencing and remote communication platforms.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in a remote setting.

About the Role
