We are seeking a qualified, goal-driven and self-motivated Acute Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team.
The Acute Coordinator coordinates the effective day-to-day delivery of acute dialysis services while remaining actively involved in clinical work on the floor.
The role serves as the central coordination point between NRC acute dialysis teams, hospitals, and treating doctors to ensure patients are allocated appropriately, treatments are delivered efficiently, resources are used effectively, and changing operational requirements are responded to promptly.
The Acute Coordinator is also responsible for planning anticipated acute dialysis requirements for the following day to support appropriate staffing, equipment, transport and resource allocation.
