Boardroom Appointments in Bedfordview is seeking a high-energy Recruitment Consultant (Actuaries) to attract top actuarial talent, build pipelines and map the market to exceed KPIs and client expectations.

You will source, advertise with a marketing touch, screen, shortlist, interview, assess and report on KPIs and SLAs, while managing offers and nurturing employer branding and talent pools.

Qualifications

• Matric is required; a diploma/degree in HRM or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years agency recruitment experience with actuaries recruitment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills; computer literate (ATS, portals, MS Office).
