You will drive the modernization roadmap, engage senior stakeholders, and partner with data teams to automate valuation and reporting while reducing manual effort.

Bring 6+ years in valuation, strong modelling and data skills (SQL/Python/Power BI), and a track record of delivering governance‑driven improvements

Qualifications

• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary with 6+ years in valuation, reporting, systems design or transformation.
• Experience with actuarial valuation environments and modelling software.
• Strong data management and analytics capability (SQL, Python, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the actuarial modernisation roadmap aligned to strategy.
• Influence priorities via engagement with senior management and governance forums.
• Identify opportunities to simplify modelling, valuation and reporting processes.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and risk.
• Partner with data teams to align actuarial solutions with data strategy.
