The ideal candidate has 12 months of formal childcare in the last 2 years, own car with 18 months driving, two childcare references, a clear criminal record, Matric and a SA ID. Hours are Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri afternoons with school-holiday variation, focusing on routine, homework

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience within the last 2 years.
• Own reliable car with at least 18 months driving experience.
• Two contactable childcare references.
• Clear criminal record.
• Matric and South African ID are required.

Responsibilities

• School collections and transport to extra murals.
• Homework supervision and snack/meal preparation for the next day.
• Plan educational play and ensure readiness for the following day.
• Maintain structure and routine during afternoons and school holidays.
